Ann Ninness, Owner
Ann has 25 years experience in program management, marketing and public relations for both not-for profit and for-profit organizations. In addition to directing local and national conferences, Ann is also responsible for implementing strategies for a national grassroots public awareness campaign, directing city-wide youth programs and organizing and implementing a national speakers bureau. She is actively involved in community service programs, passionate about education and serving the not-for profit sector.
Casey Roell, Association Manager
Casey has been serving the association industry for four years. She holds a BGS from Indiana University and is working towards her Master of Science in Management: Nonprofit and Association Management at University of Maryland – University College. She works for Central Office Management Solutions, an association management company based in Indianapolis. Additionally, Casey is active with the Character Council of Indiana and serves as a Board Member on the Speedway Woods HOA. She also is a Board Member and serves as Secretary of the Association of the Future (AOTF) which is “a collaborative project initiated by ASAE & The Center young professional staff members to engage volunteers in testing possible responses to the challenges and opportunities identified in ASAE & The Center’s ongoing trends research.” She received the Honorary Member Award from the Indiana Athletic Trainer’s Association in October 2009.

Pat Crampton, Managing Director
Pat has been serving the association industry for over 20 years. Her passion to serve the not-for-profit industry brought her together with three not-for- profit organizations in Indiana serving as Executive Director. She holds a BA from Ball State University and an MS from Butler University and also graduated from the Institutes for Organization Management (a six year leadership development program for association management sponsored by the United States Chamber of Commerce.) She has an extensive background in association management, fund raising, employment law, governance and group facilitation. She now works with Central Office Management Solutions, an association management company based in Indianapolis. In addition, Pat regularly volunteers in the horticulture program at the Indiana School for the Blind and Visually Impaired. She received the Cranial Academy Exceptional Service Award (highest honor bestowed on a nonmember).
